Whew, I have always wanted to write a novel and I finally decided to just do it.  I have now finished my 3rd draft and am ready to have some people read it over for me.  Signing up for the CrimeBake conference (www.crimebake.org) held last November did push me to get my time devoted to writing much more organized.  Pitching my novel to an agent and have interest in reading the full manuscript has been very exciting.  Pitching it again and having a second agent has been great.  Now I just need to hear back from someone, anyone, to if they are interested.  Patience is a virtue but not necessarily one of mine

Oh well.  I have some friends and family members reading over my novel and hope to get some comments from them soon.
