On a day trip to Santa Fe, we discovered a Manhattan Project site.
The summer I was 10, my father received some mysterious phone calls. Calls that have stuck with me.
I always knew that I would research my families involvement in the Manhattan Project and the 10th Mountain Division. Little did I know that it would become a large project.
We traveled around the beautiful Isle of Skye, including the Clan Donald Centre and then on to Edinburg for some culture. Back at Glasgow Airport it seemed like we had just left, but it had been nine days.
